Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, should a cancellation occur within the same week and an open slot becomes available due to another client's cancellation, I will promptly inform you of the opportunity to reschedule. Kindly understand that outside of this specific circumstance, refunds are not provided. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. I will be contacting you via email or text, which ever is preferred to be discussing the next step after booking your date to finalize the pricing, sizing, design and final confirmation of the appointment.
